We had 25 retirees at our August lunch at Doogan's in Aurora. It was great to see old friends and also the recent retirees. Our designated waiter was excellent and was a whirlwind when it came to providing service for our group. (Did you notice that his name was listed as "Hurricane" on our bills?) I am asking you to remind me to take some pictures at our next lunch. I can't believe that I missed the opportunity to get the large group and the new retirees at the last lunch. If anyone did take pictures, please email them to me.
Our next lunch is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18 at The Fairways at Twin Lakes in Twin Lakes. You can let me (and everyone else) know if you attending by leaving a comment at the end of this post. No rush yet and I will send reminders at a later date.

I'm teaching 2 classes at KSU this semester and my last class gets out at 12:55. I'll be a little late, but I'll be there.
Cloth napkins and tablecloths! I'm in. And I do believe I want everything on the menu. It will take me two weeks to make up my mind.
